a year agoDLM Tree Service did an amazing job. Came out ON TIME cut a huge limb and branches that were hanging toward the back of the house. After cutting down the branches and limbs they also cleaned up all Debris and did everthing in a timely fashion I would recommend DLM Tree Service to anyone who needs this particular kind of work done YAY!!! DLM TREE SERVICE🌳🌲

4 years agoI would not EVER advise dealing with this service. DAVID of DLM tree service was hired/paid to do a job to which he was in the process of completing, until he had to unexpectedly stop. He agreed to come back in 2 weeks to complete the job, and at this time that was 10 months ago. I've had to call him repeatedly only to have him finally answer, agree to come out, but not show. When I tried to call to find out what happened, he didn't answer. This happened a Few times. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS. I'm confused as to how he's still in business with what I've experienced. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

4 years agoDLM Tree Service did an amazing job removing and cutting back trees at my house and for two referrals! He was prompt, responsive, professional, and did high quality work. He sent pictures during the work day to make sure we were pleased with his progress. He cleaned up after himself too. I suggested this business to others because he removed a huge tree that was dying in the middle of our beautiful yard.. DLM didn’t even leave a big stump. Grass grew over the area and it was like the tree was never there. My kids can run and play all over their yard because of DLM Tree Service! This business also did the most thorough clean up job ever!! The owner saved the day after a huge mess was left by a contractor who didn’t finish the job! We were shocked and disappointed BUT DLM made it all better. I couldn’t believe it! This business seriously rescued me that day and all for reasonable rates!!!

4 years agoNEVER EVER use this service. The owner, Dave, seemed nice and was readily available, so we went ahead with him. We should obviously have done our research. He was over an hour late to our first appointment and did not even show up until I called to ask where he was. He gave us a price of $600 to chop down a big dead tree with no branches and $300 to trim some low branches of an evergreen tree. $300 sounds like a lot, as he only decided to cut off one branch, but whatever, things were getting done. A couple of hours later a bunch of live branches were down on the other side of the yard where I had specifically said I only want dead branches taken off. At the end of the day when they left, the big dead tree was not down yet and we had handed them $1500 in cash. I told my husband not to pay them until the job was done, but he is very trusting and naive. So it appeared they were charging $600 for taking down branches I didn't even want down, on top of the $600 and $300 on the other side of the yard. Next day, nobody shows up, nobody calls. Next day, boss comes by early, says he'll be back in a few minutes to get working. About 5 hours later he comes back and he and his worker (a dispicably rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional guy) are asking for $500 more. For what? They don't seem to be able to say other than they think the tree should cost more. I had to explain that when you give a price, you are bound by that price. But idiots that we are, we've already paid cash and the main issue (the dead tree) has not been dealt with. Dave is gone, the tree is still in my yard, and Dave has a lot of my money that he has not honestly earned. Yes, that' s called thievery. Dave is no man of honor and I wouldn't let his workers near a dog. I of course have heard of people acting this way, but we are very trusting and honorable people. If we say, it's going to cost this much, then that's all it's going to cost. If I, as the owner of my own business, give the wrong price, then that's my own problem. I need to know my job a bit better. This whole experience was so shocking and disappointing. So utterly unprofessional. But the guy seemed nice and one wants to support small local businesses. Never again. Please don't be as stupid and trusting as we were. Don't expect other people to have been raised the way you were, to be honest, hard working, decent, and honorable. It still just shocks me when people so blatantly break their word.
